Yesterday we finally made it in to DC (it's only about a half hour away) to view the typical tourist sites. Our main planned destinations were the National Museum of Natural History (or the "dinosaur museum" according to Tyler) and the Tidal Basin to view the cherry blossoms. We were also treated to the annual Kite Festival, which Ty loved. For pictures of our trip, click on the cherry blossom picture above.
A few weeks ago we got together with Tyler's best friend from school who recently changed schools. We decided to go bowling. Ty was thrilled to try out this new "sport" (or hobby, according to Jeff) and, of course, to see his good friend.
